🔍 Part Verification & Approval

  • Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our certified team will verify the part’s availability, condition, and readiness for shipment.

  • You will receive actual photos of the part after it is removed from the donor vehicle.

  • You’ll have 2 business days to review and approve the images.

  • The image approval window is valid for up to 7 business days from the original order date.

  • Once you approve the part, it will be shipped within 5 business days.


🚚 Shipping & Tracking Information

  • Within 2 business days of shipment, we will email you the tracking number and relevant freight details.

📦 Shipping Guidelines

  • Small parts (e.g., sensors, modules) will be shipped to your billing address.

  • Large parts (e.g., engines, transmissions) are shipped to commercial/business addresses only.

Please provide the following for large part deliveries:

  • Business name and address

  • Contact person’s name, phone number, and email

  • Authorization for us to speak directly with your business contact, if necessary

⚠️ Note: If a forklift is required at the delivery location, the customer is responsible for providing one or covering the cost.


📦 Upon Delivery

  • Inspect the package carefully when it arrives.

  • If any visible damage is present, note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing and keep a copy for your records.

  • If the part appears damaged, do not discard the packaging—this is required for any shipping claims.
