Return & Refund Policy – USA Used Parts
At USA Used Parts, we are committed to customer satisfaction. However, please read the following return and refund policy carefully:
Labor costs are not covered for any part sold by USA Used Parts.
Items that have been modified, disassembled, or tampered with for testing purposes are not eligible for return.
Returned items must match the original item delivered. All parts are marked for identification. Returns will be refused if markings do not match or if the condition has changed (except in cases of shipping damage confirmed by a USA Used Parts specialist).
All return or issue claims must be submitted in writing via mail, email, or fax.
For damaged or defective parts, contact our Customer Care team at +1(860) 430-4722 within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your package, or refuse delivery if the item appears damaged upon arrival.
Do not send any item back without first receiving an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Once an RMA is issued, the return must include a valid tracking number and be shipped back within 7 business days to the address provided in the RMA instructions.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, and all items must be shipped to the address specified in the RMA details.
Refunds and Replacements
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued in the original payment form, or a replacement part will be provided upon request.
If the return is approved, it will be forwarded to our accounting department for processing.
Restocking & Cancellation Fees
If a package is refused upon delivery or the customer does not respond to shipping attempts, a 25% restocking fee will apply, in addition to two-way shipping charges.
If an order is canceled after processing and no replacement part is requested, USA Used Parts reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee and deduct any shipping costs from the refund.
