🚫 Important Return Conditions
Labor Costs: We do not cover any labor charges related to installation, removal, or diagnostics.
Eligibility: Items that have been modified, disassembled, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
Part Match: Returned items must exactly match the original part shipped. All our parts are marked for identification. Returns will be denied if markings are missing or the condition has changed (unless shipping damage is confirmed by our team).
Written Claims: All return or issue claims must be submitted in writing via email or mail.
🚚 Damaged or Defective Parts
If you receive a damaged or defective part:
Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at +1 (407) 589-5750 or sales@bestplacetoorderautoparts.com.
If the package appears damaged upon arrival, you may refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
Do not return any item without a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
🔄 Return Instructions
Once an RMA is issued, the part must be returned within 7 business days with a valid tracking number.
The return must be sent to the address provided in the RMA instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
💰 Refunds & Replacements
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement part, based on your preference.
Approved returns are forwarded to our Accounting Department for processing.
📦 Restocking & Cancellation Fees
If a shipment is refused at delivery or the customer does not respond to shipping attempts, a 25% restocking fee will be applied, plus the cost of shipping both ways.
If an order is canceled after processing and a replacement is not requested, we reserve the right to deduct a 25% restocking fee and any shipping charges from your refund.
