๐ Part Verification & Approval
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our certified team will verify the part’s availability, condition, and readiness for shipment.
You will receive actual photos of the part after it is removed from the donor vehicle.
Youโll have 2 business days to review and approve the images.
The image approval window is valid for up to 7 business days from the original order date.
Once you approve the part, it will be shipped within 5 business days.
๐ Shipping & Tracking Information
Within 2 business days of shipment, we will email you the tracking number and relevant freight details.
๐ฆ Shipping Guidelines
Small parts (e.g., sensors, modules) will be shipped to your billing address.
Large parts (e.g., engines, transmissions) are shipped to commercial/business addresses only.
Please provide the following for large part deliveries:
Business name and address
Contact personโs name, phone number, and email
Authorization for us to speak directly with your business contact, if necessary
โ ๏ธ Note: If a forklift is required at the delivery location, the customer is responsible for providing one or covering the cost.
๐ฆ Upon Delivery
Inspect the package carefully when it arrives.
If any visible damage is present, note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing and keep a copy for your records.
If the part appears damaged, do not discard the packagingโthis is required for any shipping claims.
